Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with advance notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are not eligible for a refund.

Appointments that are missed without notice are not eligible for a refund.

Refund eligibility for multi-session packages or programs will be outlined at the time of purchase and may differ from single-session bookings.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please use the scheduling system provided or contact us directly as soon as possible.
